Check-In and CheckOut
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Checkout is 11 a.m. Express checkout is available through your television. Late checkouts are subject to an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one-night hotel stay. No-shows are charged a fee of a one-night hotel stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Deposit Policy
Upon check-in a $100 deposit will be required with a major credit card or debit card. Credit card will have a pending authorization for up to 14 business days. Please note, use of a debit card will result in a $100 charge and will take up to 30 business days to be refunded. No cash or pre-paid cards accepted.

Pet Policy
Boomtown Bossier does not allow pets. Please contact the hotel directly for pet boarding facilities in the area.

Guest Laundry
Same-day service available Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Drop-off deadline is 8 a.m. Contact the Front Desk at 318-841-2333 to arrange pick up. Items will be delivered to the guest's room after 5 p.m. List of laundry services and prices are available in each guest room.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. Although we make every effort to ensure that all requests for bed type and smoking preference are received, Boomtown Bossier City does not guarantee a specific bed type or smoking preference. Rooms will be assigned upon check-in based on availability. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room.

Parking and Complimentary Valet
Self-parking is available in the main parking area and the parking garage. Valet parking is available and complimentary.

Pool
Available for hotel guests only. Wristbands are required for all entering the pool area.
Guests 21 years and older: swim hours are 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Guests under the age of 21: swim hours are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Children and guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.
From 6 p.m. – 10 p.m., the pool is only available to guests the age of 21 and up.
