General Accountabilities:  - Performs various tasksincludingcleaning and maintaining all areas on the property, including the casino floor, hotel, bars, and bathrooms.  - Responsible for handling clean-up of blood borne pathogens/biohazardous materials, when necessary. - Ensures the correct usage of cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, as directed by OSHA regulations.   - Maintains constant awareness of safety and accident prevention. - Reports emergencies, needed maintenance, and safety hazards in assigned areas.

General Accountabilities: - Retrieves supplies for room attendants and ensures that all supply carts are completely stocked with supplies, complimentary items, and linens prior to the start of cleaning rounds. - Hands out clean linens to all room attendants and assists with loading linens on supply carts. - Delivers supplies to room attendants during the day as needed. - Using a variety of cleaning agents, cleans all service areas such as vending machines, and ice machines. - Takes soiled linens out to laundry area and delivers clean linens to supply room. - Takes all acquired trash out to trash dumpsters as needed.

General Accountabilities:  - Sorts, washes, dries, folds, and stores linens according to established procedures. - Sweeps, cleans, and mops work area and restrooms. - Performs routine maintenance on the laundry equipment, such as cleaning dryer traps and greasing flat ironer. - Maintains production output according to level of room occupancy. - Assists vendors who, as part of their service, perform inspections and tests of cleaning agents and operations. - Counts and processes reclaimed items. - Weighs and counts all received linen. - Keeps accurate records of linen delivered and received from all receiving departments; maintains daily worksheets. - Anticipate and respond to customers’ queries, concerns, and complaints.

General Accountabilities:  - Handles financial transactions including but not limited to performing credit checks, release of jackpot payments, exchanging cash for casino tokens, and cashing checks. - Determines customer qualifications for PennPlay members admission by reviewing player information based upon established criteria, opens new player accounts, issues replacement cards, and merges duplicate accounts. - Accounts for all transactions and balancing of books to ensure accuracy of casino revenue.  - Handles all guest questions and concerns to provide exceptional guest service.  - Ensures that the cash drawer is balanced at all times and makes exchanges with the vault when necessary. - Effectively communicate the benefits of Players Club membership to all guests. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions, events and unique offers throughout the property and effectively communicate to guests. - Fulfill all promotional offers to be redeemed at the club, including coupons, prizes, redemptions, entertainment tickets and drawing tickets. - Operate point of sale register handling cash and credit cards accurately for entertainment ticket sales. - Participate and assist in any needed capacity with all casino and property-wide events. 

General Accountabilities:  - Provides protection for the casino, all employees, guests, and company assets. - Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of fills and credits. - Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations; identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel. - Supports and maintains the Margaritaville Resort Casino courtesy guidelines and promotes outstanding guest service. - Assist with disturbances and intoxicated guests as needed. - Always promote safety and confidentiality.  - Perform and complete all duties necessary to comply withMargaritaville’s mandated requirements, which include but are not limited to, gaming-related drops, card and dice reconciliation, inspection, cancellation, and destruction, re-issuance of poker cards, and transport of locked chip carriers and documents to and from the Chip Bank. - Through alertness, diligence, specified procedures, and proactive attention to potential danger and security risks, the Security Officer shall protect our guests, our property, and our staff from harm or loss. - Patrol, periodically, buildings and grounds of the facility, as directed; or stand watch, as directed, at an assigned Security post, in order to oversee the comfort, safety, and security of our guests. - Greet all guests and staff in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.

General Accountabilities:  - Responsible for physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and employees in all gaming and money handling areas.  - Observes and reports all gaming violations and/or thefts of company property. - Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions; monitors slot equipment of SiS System to provide security for company assets and funds. - Maintains video surveillance of the entire casino (e.g., Gaming Floor, Race/Sports Book, Food and Beverage outlets, cashiers, Count Rooms, parking lots, hotel/casino complex, etc.); records any irregular activity as required. - Learns all games in use at the property, and all procedures and cheating indicators of those games; learns and uses various card count systems.
